摘　　要：目的分析医院内眼手术病组患者的绩效数据,为精细化管理提供指导和借鉴。方法统计并分析医院内眼手术病组出院病例的数据,比较日间手术病例和非日间病例在产能指标和效率指标方面的差异,并对内眼手术的分组规律进行探索性研究。结果4个内眼手术病组的日间手术病例在次均费用和平均住院日上均低于非日间病例和全市平均水平,并且在效率指标上优势明显。内眼手术病例按照不同手术类别入组,分组结果具有优先级规律。结论内眼手术病组中的日间病例在效率维度上具有极大优势,且在明显降低次均费用的同时并不减少产能。不同专业组应根据各自实际临床情况优化手术方案和临床路径,内眼联合手术方案的选择更需策略性,避免意外权重损失。Objective To analyze the performance data of the patients in the intraocular surgery groups in the hospital,so as to provide guidance and reference for the fine management.Methods Statistics and analysis of the data of the patients discharged from the hospital in the intraocular surgery groups.The differences in productivity and efficiency indicators between the ambulatory surgery cases and the non-ambulatory surgery cases were compared.And the grouping rules of the intraocular surgery were explored.Results The average cost and hospital stay of ambulatory surgery cases in the four groups were lower than those of non-ambulatory surgery cases and the average level of the whole city,and ambulatory surgery cases had obvious advantages in efficiency index.The cases of intraocular surgery were divided into groups according to different surgical categories,and the grouping results had priority rule.Conclusion The ambulatory surgery cases in the intraocular surgery groups have a great advantage in the efficiency dimension,and obviously reduce the average cost without reducing the production capacity.Different professional groups should optimize the operation plan and clinical path according to their actual clinical conditions,and the selection of the combined operation plan of the inner eye needs more strategy to avoid accidental weight loss.
