摘　　要：公立医院资产管理是医疗行业行政管理的一项重要的、长期的、严谨的任务,如何保持医院资产的增长、提高公立医院资产的使用率及利用率、最大化体现公立医院资产的使用价值,是行业管理者值得深思的问题。由于缺乏精细化的考核指标,导致公立医院资产配置不合理、资产增长低效率以及利用率低下或者资产闲置等诸多现象出现。所以设计考核指标、制定评价标准,促进医院资产管理更科学、更精细,更符合国家对医院资产管理的要求。Assets management of public hospitals is an important,prolonged and serious task.Industrial managers should consider how to keep assets value of hospitals increasing and how to improve assets utilization in hospitals as they are the key to maximize the utilization of assets.However,lack of accurate and precise indicators causes the irrational asset allocation of public hospitals,low efficiency and utilization of property increasing,or property idle.It is highly recommended to design relevant indicators and assessment criteria to assess asset management level in hospitals.Therefore,asset management can be more scientific and delicate,and meet the government expectation.
