医院伦理审查工作质量评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：目的构建较为科学且适于医院伦理审查工作特点的质量评价指标体系。方法采用三维质量结构模式为理论框架,构建医院伦理审查工作质量评价指标体系框架;运用两轮德尔菲专家咨询法进行评价指标筛选;采用层次分析法进行各级指标权重的测算。结果德尔菲专家咨询结果的可靠性较高,结论有较高的可信度和权威性;最终构建出指标体系的一级指标为组织管理、任务开展及工作效果,权重分别为0.319、0.388和0.293,二级评价指标7项,三级评价指标20项;且该指标体系的信度和效度较好。结论所构建的指标体系覆盖内容全面,权重设置科学、客观,能对医院伦理审查工作质量作出合理的评价和提供一定的理论支撑。Objective To construct a scientific quality evaluation index system,which is suitable for hospital ethics review.Methods Using"three-dimensional quality structure"mode as the theoretical framework,to establish the rudiment of quality evaluation index system.Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were used to screen the evaluation index.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index.Results The expert Delphi consultation results were reliable and the conclusion had high credibility and authority.In the end,the first-level index of the indicator system was organization management,task development and work effect,with weights of 0.319,0.388 and 0.293 respectively.There are 7 second-level evaluation indexes and 20 third-level evaluation indexes.The reliability and validity of the index system are good.Conclusion The established index system is comprehensive,and the weight setting is scientific and objective,which can make a reasonable evaluation on the work quality of hospital ethical review and provide a theoretical basis support.
