摘　　要：医院文化建设是培育医院精神的核心,是医院的灵魂。文章分析了医院文化建设存在的问题,介绍了医院文化建设传承发展的主要做法,推动医院文化建设在规划设计、制度建设和内涵拓展上不断完善,提升医院核心竞争力,促进医院可持续性和谐发展。The construction of hospital culture is the core of hospital spirit and the soul of hospital.The paper analyzes the problems in hospital culture construction,introduces the main practice of inheritance and development of hospital culture construction,promote the continuous perfect planning and design,system construction and connotation expedition,improve hospital core competition,and promote the continuous and harmonious hospital development.
