血滞通胶囊治疗高三酰甘油血症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨血滞通胶囊对高三酰甘油血症病人血脂水平及中医证候的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2019年4月我国17家中心符合条件的高三酰甘油血症病人,采用随机对照原则,分为血滞通组(128例)、血脂康组(123例)、安慰剂组(61例),并给予相应药物治疗,疗程12周。评价治疗前后3组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)变化率、中医证候、中医单项症状改善情况。结果治疗12周后,血滞通组与血脂康组TG、LDL-C变化率优于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。血滞通组HDL-C变化率优于安慰剂组(P<0.05);血脂康组TC变化率优于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。血滞通组中医证候积分有效率优于安慰剂组(54.29%与37.25%,P<0.05)。血滞通组在头重如裹(91.67%与55.56%)、胸闷(90.00%与50.00%)及眩晕(75.00%与42.86%)3项中医症状消失率方面优于安慰剂组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血滞通胶囊能明显降低高三酰甘油血症病人TG与LDL-C水平,提高HDL-C水平,提升中医证候积分有效率,改善头重如裹、胸闷及眩晕症状,临床应用安全。Objective To evaluate the effect of Xuezhitong capsule on blood lipid and TCM syndrome in patients with hypertriglyceridemia.Methods Eligible patients with hypertriglyceridemia in 17 cites from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into three groups:Xuezhitong group(128 cases),Xueizhikang group(123 cases),and placebo group(61 cases).The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),the TCM syndrome and TCM symptoms were evaluated.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the percent changes of TG and LDL-C in Xuezhitong group and Xuezhikang group were better than that in placebo group(P<0.05).The percent changes of HDL-C in Xuezhitong group was better than that in placebo group(P<0.05),and the percent changes of TC in Xuezhikang group was better than that in placebo group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome score in Xuezhitong group was better than that of placebo group(54.29%vs 37.25%,P<0.05).The disappearance rate of 3 TCM symptoms in Xuezhitong group was better than that in placebo group[head weight(91.67%vs 55.56%),chest distress(90.00%vs 50.00%),and vertigo(75.00%vs 42.86%)],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuezhitong capsule can significantly reduce TG and LDL-C levels,elevate HDL-C level,increase the effective rate of TCM syndrome score,improve the symptoms of head weight,chest tightness,and vertigo in patients with hypertriglyceridemia,and it is safe in clinical application.
