摘　　要：[目的]对《妊娠期糖尿病临床护理实践指南》草案中推荐意见的内容和推荐强度达成共识。[方法]通过目的抽样法,纳入13名临床专家和方法学专家,采用共识形成会议法结合定量论证的方法,就指南中的推荐意见及推荐强度达成共识。[结果]通过共识形成会议法,最终删除8条推荐意见,对7条推荐意见进行了修改,最终纳入69条推荐意见。经过专家定量论证,57条推荐意见为强推荐,12条推荐意见为弱推荐。[结论]共识形成会议法和专家定量论证为指南推荐意见达成共识提供了决策建议和决策依据,最终纳入的推荐意见具有较好的临床适用性。Objective:To reach expert a consensus on the content and strength of recommendations in the draft of Guidelines for Clinical Nursing Practice of Gestational Diabetes.Methods:By using the purposive sampling method,a total of 13 clinical experts and methodological experts were included.The consensus formation meeting method combined with the method of quantitative argumentation was used to reach a consensus on the recommendations and strength of recommendations in the guidelines.Results:Through the consensus formation meeting method,8 recommendations were deleted,7 recommendations were revised,and 69 recommendations were finally included.After quantitative analysis by experts,57 recommendations were strong recommendations and 12 recommendations were weak recommendations.Conclusions:The consensus formation conference method and expert quantitative argumentation provided suggestions and a basis of decisionmaking for reaching a consensus on the guideline recommendations,and the final recommendations had good clinical applicability.
