氟桂利嗪联合安脑丸治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨氟桂利嗪联合安脑丸治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年8月本院收治的BPPV患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组仅给予氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组患者给予氟桂利嗪联合安脑丸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、前庭症状指数(VSI)评分、计时平衡试验结果、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组VSI评分低于对照组,计时平衡试验时长较对照组长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟桂利嗪联合安脑丸治疗BPPV,可有效提高治疗效果,缓解临床症状,降低复发率,且不会增加不良反应,安全有效,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Flunarizine combined with Annao Pills in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).Method:A total of 60 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Flunarizine,while the observation group was treated with Flunarizine combined with Annao Pills.Clinical efficacy,vestibular symptom index (VSI) score,timing balance test results,recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 77.33% in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 3.33% in the observation group,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The VSI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the duration of the timing balance test was longer than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Flunarizine combined with Annao Pills in the treatment of BPPV can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,will not increase adverse reactions,safe and effective,worthy of promotion.
