摘　　要：目的:探讨硫辛酸联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的有效性和安全性。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月于本院接受治疗的85例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=43)。对照组采用硫辛酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗。两组均连续治疗8周,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)各维度评分均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫辛酸联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的效果显著,可有效提升患者生活质量,且具有一定治疗安全性,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Lipoic Acid combined with Cinepazide Maleate in the treatment of diabetic painful neuropathy.Method:A total of 85 patients with diabetic painful neuropathy treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group (n=42) and observation group (n=43).The control group was treated with Lipoic Acid,and the observation group was treated with Cinepazide Maleate on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated consecutively for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,quality of life scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 78.57% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the all dimensions scores of the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Lipoic Acid combined with Cinepazide Maleate has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetic painful neuropathy,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and has certain treatment safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
