摘 要:目的:探讨施罗斯疗法联合肌筋膜链康复技术治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的效果。方法:将2017年10月-2019年10月前来本院就诊的60例特发性脊柱侧弯患者纳入研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以施罗斯疗法,观察组予以施罗斯疗法联合肌筋膜链康复技术。比较两组患者治疗前后Cobb角、脊柱旋转角、肌电图。结果:治疗后,两组患者的Cobb角均有改善,观察组Cobb角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的脊柱旋转角均有好转,观察组脊柱旋转角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);检测双侧竖脊肌表面肌电,与治疗前相比,两组治疗后竖脊肌耐力及收缩能力均有好转,观察组优于对照组,差异均统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:施罗斯疗法结合肌筋膜链技术对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的疗效突出,并能有效增加竖脊肌的协调和稳定能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of Schloss therapy combined with myofascial chain rehabilitation technology on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Method:A total of 60 patients with idiopathic scoliosis who came to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were included in the study,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Schloss therapy,and the observation group was treated with Schloss therapy combined with myofascial chain rehabilitation technology.The Cobb angle,spinal rotation angle,and electromyographic indexes of patients before and after treatment were compared.Result:The Cobb angles of the two groups of patients improved after treatment,the Cobb angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The spinal rotation angles of the two groups of patients improved after the treatment,and the spine rotation angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The surface electromyography of the bilateral erector spinae was detected,compared with before treatment,the endurance and contractility of the erector spinae were improved in both groups,the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Schloss therapy combined with myofascial chain technology has outstanding curative effects on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,and can effectively increase the coordination and stability of the erector spinae.
