摘　　要：Nesfatin-1作为一种新的能量调节肽,在对机体的糖代谢和脂肪代谢调节中具有重要的作用。其中nesfatin-1在调节机体脂肪代谢中,通过影响机体自身的能量消耗、抑制食欲以及抑制脂肪细胞的分化以起到对脂肪代谢的调节作用。其在调节机体糖代谢的过程中,通过中枢和外周的方式对机体的血糖稳态和机体胰岛素的分泌进行刺激以达到调节机体糖代谢的功能。通过调节机体的糖代谢和脂肪代谢,nesfatin-1对糖尿病患者具有潜在治疗作用。nesfatin-1通过对机体的能量调节说明其对肥胖具有潜在的治疗作用。探究nesfatin-1调节机体的糖代谢和脂肪代谢的具体作用,以期为nesfatin-1在应对肥胖和糖尿病以及临床应用方面提供理论依据。As a new energy regulatory peptide,nesfatin-1 plays an important role in the regulation of glucose and fat metabolisms.Among them,nesfatin-1 plays an important role in regulating fat metabolism by affecting energy consumption,inhibiting appetite and inhibiting differentiation of fat cells.In the process of regulating glucose metabolism,it stimulates blood glucose homeostasis and insulin secretion through central and peripheral ways to achieve the function of regulating glucose metabolism.By regulating glucose and fat metabolisms,nesfatin-1 has potential therapeutic effect on diabetic patients.Nesfatin-1 has a potential therapeutic effect on obesity by regulating the energy of the body.To explore the specific role of nesfatin-1 in regulating glucose and fat metabolisms,can provide theoretical basis for nesfatin-1 in coping with obesity and diabetes and clinical application.
