中兽医治疗一例犬痿证的体会

摘　　要：瘫痪是小动物临床中常见的一种疾病,不仅可导致运动障碍,生活质量下降,而且极大增加了动物主人的护理负担。论文根据中兽医基本知识,采用痿证理论对1只曾有流浪史的瘫痪哈士奇犬进行诊治。经过5次针灸和药物治疗,患犬完全康复。结果表明,该犬所患痿证为脾胃受损型,经过中药和针灸治疗后,恢复良好。说明按照中兽医学的痿证理论治疗犬瘫痪具有一定效果,在临床实践中可以作为参考,以提高瘫痪犬的治愈率。Paraplegia is a common disease in the small animal practice.It can not only cause the patient's movement obstacle,decline life quality,but also greatly increase the burden of pet owners in caring.A straying paraplegic Husky was treated by acupuncture and herbs according to the guideline of basic theory and clinical experience of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine(TCVM).The dog completely recovered after five sessions of treatment.The result indicated that the combination of acupuncture and herbs is an option for treating paraplegic dog suffered from impaired spleen and stomach,which would bring a fair good outcome.It illustrated that it is effective to treat paralyzed dogs according to the Wei syndrome theory in TCVM,which could be used as a reference in small animal practice to enhance the cure rate of paraplegic dogs.
