摘　　要：目的:探究水胶体在老年患者静脉输液渗出护理中的干预效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年2月于本院行静脉输液并发生渗出的200例老年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按干预方法的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,每组100例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予水胶体护理。比较两组输液渗出分级、疼痛程度、皮下淤血情况、皮下淤血消退时间及满意情况。结果:干预后24、48 h,研究组输液渗出分级、疼痛程度及皮下淤血情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组皮下淤血消退时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:水胶体在老年患者静脉输液渗出的护理干预效果较好,可减轻输液渗出分级、疼痛程度,改善皮下淤血情况,患者满意度高,具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of hydrocolloids in elderly patients with exudation of intravenous infusion.Method:The clinical data of 200 elderly patients with exudation of intravenous infusion in our hospital from July 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into control group and study group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given hydrocolloid nursing.The grade of exudation,the degree of pain,the condition of subcutaneous congestion,the regression time of subcutaneous congestion and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:At 24 and 48 h after intervention,the grade of infusion exudation,pain degree and subcutaneous congestion in the study group were all better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The regression time of subcutaneous congestion in the study group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention effect of hydrocolloids in elderly patients with exudation of intravenous infusion is good,it can reduce infusion exudation grade,pain degree,improve the condition of subcutaneous congestion,patients’ satisfaction is high,which has a higher application value.
