松解手法联合液压扩张治疗对冻结肩患者疼痛、肌力及关节活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨松解手法联合液压扩张治疗对冻结肩患者疼痛、肌力及关节活动度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月就诊于本院的84例冻结肩患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各42例。对照组行液压扩张治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合松解手法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肩关节功能及安全性。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为88.10%,高于对照组的69.05%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组疼痛、关节活动度、日常生活独立能力及肌力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均无不良反应发生。结论:松解手法联合液压扩张治疗冻结肩安全性较高,能有效减轻肩关节疼痛,增强肌力,提高关节活动度,改善肩关节功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of loosening manipulation combined with hydraulic expansion on pain,muscle strength and joint range of motion in patients with frozen shoulder.Method:A total of 84 patients with frozen shoulder admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hydraulic dilatation,and the experimental group was treated with loosening manipulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,shoulder joint function and safety were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 88.10%,it was higher than 69.05% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,pain,joint range of motion,independence in daily life and muscle strength score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).No adverse events occurred during treatment in two groups.Conclusion:Loosening manipulation combined with hydraulic expansion in the treatment of frozen shoulder has higher safety,can effectively reduce shoulder pain,enhance muscle strength,improve joint range of motion and shoulder joint function.
