椒香温中止痛方挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺优化及其包合物表征

摘　　要：目的优化椒香温中止痛方挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺,并表征其包合物。方法以搅拌时间、包合温度、β-环糊精与挥发油比例为影响因素,包合率、收率的综合评分为评价指标,Box-Behnken响应面法优化包合工艺。通过显微法、TLC、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对所得包合物进行表征。结果最佳条件为搅拌时间2 h,包合温度37℃,β-环糊精与挥发油比例9∶1,综合评分为90.09。包合物制备成功,包合前后挥发油主要成分无明显变化。结论该方法稳定可行,可用于β-环糊精包合椒香温中止痛方挥发油。AIM To optimize theβ-cyclodextrin inclusion process for volatile oils in Jiaoxiang Wenzhong Zhitong Decoction and to characterize the inclusion compounds.METHODS With mixing time,inclusion temperature and(β-cyclodextrin)-volatile oils ratio as influencing factors,comprehensive score for inclusion rate and yield as evaluation indices,the inclusion process was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method.The obtained inclusion compounds were characterized by microscopic method,TLC,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD).RESULTS The optimal conditions were determined to be 2 h for mixing time,37℃for inclusion temperature,and 9∶1 for(β-cyclodextrin)-volatile oils ratio,the comprehensive score was 90.09.The inclusion compounds were successfully prepared,and main components in volatile oils demonstrated no obvious changes before and after inclusion.CONCLUSION This stable and feasible method can be used for theβ-cyclodextrin inclusion of volatile oils in Jiaoxiang Wenzhong Zhitong Decoction.
