摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定风寒感冒颗粒(葛根、防风、甘草等)中葛根素、升麻素苷、甘草苷、橙皮苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、甘草酸铵的含有量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用JADE-PAK ODS-AQ C(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长237、250、254、276、283 nm。结果 6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率92.25%~100.45%,RSD 1.02%~1.74%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于风寒感冒颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of puerarin,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,glycyrrhizin,hesperidin,5-O-methylvisammioside and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Fenghan Ganmao Granules(Puerariae lobatae Radix,Saposhnikoviae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25℃thermostatic JADE-PAK ODS-AQ C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 237,250,254,276,283 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r=1.0000),whose average recoveries were 92.25%-100.45%with the RSDs of 1.02%-1.74%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Fenghan Ganmao Granules.
