摘　　要：目的建立玄黄益肾颗粒(地黄、玄参、黄芪等)HPLC指纹图谱,并同时测定3种成分的含有量。方法该药物60%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长258 nm。结果10批样品指纹图谱中有10个共有峰,相似度均大于0.970。芒果苷、金丝桃苷、丹皮酚分别在3.00~74.88、2.00~49.88、8.16~203.90μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(RSD)分别为101.09%(0.90%)、99.90%(0.54%)、99.08%(0.37%)。结论该方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于玄黄益肾颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Xuanhuang Yishen Granules(Rehmanniae Radix,Scrophulariae Radix,Astragali Radix,etc.)and to simultaneously determine the contents of three constituents.METHODS The analysis of 60%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 258 nm.RESULTS There were ten common peaks in the fingerprints of ten batches of samples with the similarities of more than 0.970.Mangiferin,hyperin,paeonol showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 3.00-74.88,2.00-49.88,8.16-203.90μg/mL(r=0.9999),whose average recoveries(RSDs)were 101.09%(0.90%),99.90%(0.54%),99.08%(0.37%),respectively.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and stable method can be used for the quality control of Xuanhuang Yishen Granules.
