直缘乌头地上部分非生物碱成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究直缘乌头Aconitum transsectum Diels地上部分的非生物碱成分。方法直缘乌头甲醇提取物采用硅胶、TLC、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyronosyl(1→2)-[6-O-acetyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside (3)、山柰酚-3-O-新橙皮苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-新橙皮糖苷(6)、4-(4′-羟基苯基)-2-丁酮(7)、lanicepside B(8)、马齿苋酰胺E(9)、kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyloside(10)、lanicepside A(11)、mananthoside K(12)、megastigmane (13)、4-(3′-hydroxy-4′-methoxyphenyl)-4-(4″-hydroxy-3″-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-di(hydroxymethyl)butan-1-ol (14)、dadahol B (15)。结论化合物2~7、10、12、14~15为首次从乌头属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the non-alkaloids from the aerial parts of Aconitum transsectum Diels.METHODS The methanol extract from A.transsectum was isolated and purified by silica,TLC and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as syringing(1),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyronosyl(1→2)-[6-O-acetyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),kaempferol-3-O-neohesperidoside(4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(5),quercetin-3-O-neohesperidoside(6),4-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone(7),lanicepside B(8),eoleracein E(9),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyloside(10),lanicepside A(11),mananthoside K(12),megastigmane(13),4-(3′-hydroxy-4′-methoxyphenyl)-4-(4″-hydroxy-3″-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-di(hydroxymethyl)butan-1-ol(14),dadahol B(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 2-7,10,12 and 14-15 are isolated from genus Aconitum for the first time.All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
