摘　　要：目的研究半边莲Lobelia chinensis Lour.的化学成分。方法半边莲95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、没食子酸(4)、二十八烷醇(5)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、槲皮素(8)。结论化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Lobelia chinensis Lour.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from L.chinensis was isolated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(1),quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),galloyl acid(4),1-octacosanol(5),β-amyrin acetate(6),β-sitosterol(7),quercetin(8).CONCLUSION Compounds 2-6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
