摘  要:目的建立UPLC法同时测定罗布麻叶中绿原酸、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮苷、紫云英苷、槲皮素、山柰酚的含有量。方法罗布麻叶50%甲醇提取物的分析采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;柱温38℃;检测波长金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮苷、紫云英苷、槲皮素和山柰酚均为360 nm,绿原酸为326 nm。结果 7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 1),平均加样回收率95.6%~105.0%, RSD 1.1%~2.0%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于罗布麻叶的质量控制。AIM To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,hypericin,isoquercetin,quercetin,shiverin,quercetin and kaempferol in the leaves of Apocynum venetum L..METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extract of A.venetum was performed on a 38℃thermostatic ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%formic acid flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm for hyperiin,isoquercetin,quercetin,shiverin,quercetin and kaempferol,and 326 nm for chlorogenic acid,respectively.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9991),whose average recoveries were 95.6%-105.0%,with the RSDs of 1.1%-2.0%.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of A.venetum.
