寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、激素水平及肠绒毛形态的影响

摘  要:为了研究寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性状方面的影响,采用在日粮中添加不同水平壳寡糖的随机试验方式,将300头28 d断奶、平均体重为(7.61±0.27)kg的仔猪随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复12头,研究日增重、料重比、血清激素水平及小肠绒毛高度等指标,为了突出各组之间的对比差异,阶梯式添加100、200、400和800mg/kg剂量,试验为期4周。试验结果显示:试验组和对照组相比,100和200 mg/kg组日增重显著提高了1.56%和1.16%(P<0.05)。但200和800 mg/kg壳寡糖组1~28 d料重比最低,分别较对照组降低了11.27%和7.00%(P<0.05)。各组对14和28 d仔猪血清激素水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加200 mg/kg剂量组十二指肠绒毛高度变化明显,大幅提高了34.89%(P<0.05),而400 mg/kg壳寡糖组空肠绒毛高度显著提高了22.05%(P<0.05)。结论:综合考虑断奶仔猪的日增重、料重比及小肠绒毛高度,寡糖的适宜添加水平为200 mg/kg。For the oligosaccharides on growth traits of weaned piglets,a randomized trial with different levels of chitosan oligosaccharide was used.300 weanling pigs were split up into 5 groups.Each group had 5 replicates with 12 piglets in each replicates.The mean weight was 7.61±0.27.In order to highlight the differences among the groups,0,100,200,400 and 800 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide were added to the basal diet for 4 weeks.Results:the daily weight gain of 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide group during 1~28 days was significantly increased by 1.56%and 1.16%.However,in the 200 and 800 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide groups,the feed-weight ratio at day 1~28 was the lowest,decreasing by 11.27%and 7.00%.When it comes to serum hormone levels of 14 and 28 days,there was no marked impact between each group.(P>0.05).The 200 mg/kg group increased 34.89%,conversely,and that in the 400 mg/kg increased 22.05%(P<0.05).Conclusion:considering the The above indicators of weaned piglets,200 mg/kg was the best.
