乡村饲料基地与大学生就业创业对接的发展路径探析

摘　　要：我国虽然是农牧产业大国,但农牧行业一直大而不强,尤其是饲料产业,虽然生产率居世界前列,但仍然没有发展成为我国支柱型产业,究其原因很重要的一点在于农牧产业高精尖人才缺乏,产业转型升级困难,尤其是乡村饲料基地高素质人才更是稀缺资源,因此,想要更好的发展壮大乡村饲料产业,我们应顺应时代潮流,探索出一条适合乡村饲料基地与大学生就业创业更好对接的新型发展之路。Although China is a big country in agricultural and animal husbandry industry,the industry of agriculture and animal husbandry has been large and not strong,especially the feed industry.Although the productivity is in the forefront of the world,it has not developed into a pillar industry in China.The reason for this is that the high-quality talents in the agricultural and animal husbandry industry are lack,and the industry transformation and upgrading is difficult,especially the high-quality talents in the rural feed base are more important It is a scarce resource.Therefore,in order to develop and expand the rural feed industry better,we should follow the trend of the times and explore a new development road suitable for the better connection between rural feed base and college students’employment and entrepreneurship.
