摘　　要：研究一种基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术的大气颗粒物成分检测装置,讨论系统的检测工作原理和检测方案,详细研究光学检测装置的结构,设计开发硬件控制电路和软件控制系统,搭建检测系统样机。通过实验测量了标准金属样品粉末的特征光谱,从原理上初步验证了该方案的可行性。In this paper,a kind of atmospheric particle composition detection device based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technology was studied.The working principle and detection scheme of the system were discussed.The structure of optical detection device was studied in detail.The hardware control circuit and software control system were designed and developed,and the detection system prototype was built.The characteristic spectrum of standard metal sample powder was measured by experiment,and the feasibility of the scheme was preliminarily verified.
