摘 要:由于传统的机械加工方式已经不符合精度的需求,因此对考虑装配精度的农机部件加工模型误差补偿技术进行研究至关重要。首先构建农机部件加工模型的位移误差模型,然后通过模型计算数控指令误差值,通过误差值得到修正后数控指令值,最后通过实验证明研究的误差补偿技术能满足农机部件加工模型的要求。Because the traditional machining method does not meet the demand of precision,it is very important to study the error compensation technology of agricultural machinery parts processing model considering assembly accuracy.Firstly,the displacement error model of agricultural machinery parts processing model was constructed,and then the numerical control instruction error value was calculated through the model,and the corrected numerical control instruction value was obtained through the error value.Finally,the experimental results showed that the error compensation technology could meet the requirements of agricultural machinery parts processing model.
