62例伴四肢骨折多发伤急救与早期手术治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急救与早期手术治疗在多发伤伴四肢骨折中的作用。方法选择我院2016-02至2018-02收治的124例伴四肢骨折多发伤患者进行研究,采用随机分组法,分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组,实施急救联合延期手术,观察组,实施急救+早期手术,比较两组手术指标、治疗前后凝血功能、并发症和生活质量。结果对照组和观察组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间和住院时间比较;观察组出现并发症的概率低于对照组,患者生活质量高于对照组;观察组护理后凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间和纤维蛋白原水平高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以伴四肢骨折多发伤患者急救与早期手术治疗,可提高手术效果,改善凝血功能作用明显,在防范并发症的基础上促进患者生活质量的提升,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of emergency treatment and early surgical treatment on multiple injuries with limb fractures.Methods 124 patients with multiple injuries of limb fractures treated from 2016-02 to 2018-02 were selected for study.In the control group,the first aid combined with delayed operation,the observation group,the first aid early operation,the comparison of the two groups of surgical indicators,coagulation function before and after treatment,complications and quality of life.Results Compared the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and hospitalization time in the control group and the observation group;the probability of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life of the patients was higher than that in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The first aid and early surgical treatment of patients with multiple injuries of limb fracture can improve the effect of operation,improve the coagulation function,promote the quality of life of patients on the basis of preventing complications,and can be popularized and applied.
