摘  要:探究了粪肠球菌发酵牛粪生物饲料的工艺条件,以活菌数为检测指标,在接种量、料水比、发酵时间、发酵温度单因素试验基础上,采用响应面实验法对接种量、料水比、发酵温度条件进行优化。研究结果表明,饲料最佳发酵工艺条件为:接种量14%、料水比62%、发酵温度34℃,发酵时间120h,饲料活菌数总数为685×10~8 cfu/g。The optimum conditions of cow dung biological fermentation were investigated by enterococcus faecalis. The viable count was used as the evaluation index. Single factor experiments including inoculum size, the ratio between material and water, fermentation time and temperature were firstly investigated. Then the main factors such as inoculum size, the ratio of material and water, fermentation temperature were optimized by response surface method(RSM). The results show that the total living bacterial concentration reaches 685×10~8 cfu/g under the optimal fermentation conditions with 14% inoculum size, 62% solid-liquid ratio, 34 ℃ temperature and 120 h fermentation time.
