探讨PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者使用(PFNA)股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法将2017年4月到2019年4月在本医院接受手术治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者纳入到研究中,共84例,根据掷骰子结果将所有对象分成对照组(n=41,动力髋螺钉内固定)和实验组(n=41,股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定)。比照两组患者的治疗效果与临床指标。结果与对照组患者比较,实验组患者的治疗总有效率更高,其各项临床指标均更低,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者使用股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗具有理想效果,能够缩短手术用时与骨折愈合时间,减少出血量与切口长度,并提高治疗效果,改善患者的髋关节功能,应广泛应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods from April 2017 to April 2019,84 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were included in the study.All subjects were divided into control group(n=41,dynamic hip screw internal fixation)and experimental group(n=41,proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation)according to the results of dice rolling.The therapeutic effect and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher,the clinical indicators were lower,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion it is an ideal effect for the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture to use the proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail for internal fixation,which can shorten the operation time and fracture healing time,reduce the amount of bleeding and incision length,improve the treatment effect and improve the hip joint function of the patients,and should be widely used.
