摘  要:针对未来新兴产业的高素质复合型“新工科”人才培养的需要,哈尔滨工业大学构建了电子技术跨学科研究型教学团队。团队注重成员交叉学科素养建设,跟踪国内外先进技术及教学理念,注重科研成果向教学转化,建立了新工科背景下课程体系、实践教学体系、创新创业教育体系。开展了多维混合式学生培养模式的探索与实践,收到很好的教学效果。相应成果获得省级教学成果一等奖2项,获得国家级教学成果一等奖1项。所在团队2017年被评为工信部研究型教学创新团队。In response to the need of high-quality compound for new engineering talents in emerging industries in the future,Harbin Institute of Technology has built an electronic technology interdisciplinary research teaching team.The team pays attention to the construction of cross-disciplinary literacy of members,tracks advanced technology and teaching concepts at home and abroad,and focuses on the transformation of scientific research results into teaching.The team has established a curriculum system,practical teaching system,and innovation and entrepreneurship education system under the background of new engineering.The exploration and practice of multi-dimensional and mixed student training models have been carried out,and good teaching results have been received.The corresponding results won 2 first prizes for provincial teaching achievements and 1 first prize for national teaching achievements.In 2017,the team was named a research teaching innovation team of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
