摘　　要：《节水型社会评价标准(试行)》颁布实施至今已满3年,为推动节水型社会建设工作发挥了重要作用。选取2018年度南北方各3个省份73个县区,对其节水型社会复核通过率及各项评分指标复核得分情况进行统计,结果表明:北方地区节水型社会建设数量、复核通过率均低于南方地区;南方城市总体得分较北方城市总体得分高5分;大多数制度性指标及城市节水指标完成情况较好,且没有明显反映出南北方的差异与特征;得分较差的指标主要集中在涉及多个行业节水指标、工业节水指标以及农业节水指标。指出了评价指标存在的问题,为修改完善节水型社会评价指标、建设节水型社会提供建议与技术支持。Water Saving Society Evaluation Standard(Trial)has played a crucial and positive role in promoting water-saving society establishment since its promulgation three years ago.We selected 73 counties and districts in three provinces from both South and North provinces respectively in 2018,to collect data for their completion status.According to the rate of recheck and acceptance,and score of each index in the selected provinces,it is found that the scores of the cities in north are lower than those in south.The overall score of cities in south is 5 points higher than that in north.The performances of all cities are good for most institutional indicators and urban water-saving indicators,which shows no differences or distinctions between cities in south and north.The indicators with poor scores are mainly water-saving indicators related to multiple industries,industrial water-saving and agricultural water-saving indicators.Problems with evaluation index of Water Saving Society Evaluation Standard(Trial)are studied,in order to provide technical support for revision and perfection of the evaluation indexes and water-saving society establishment.
