常州市金坛区基层水文服务体系建设实践与思考

摘　　要：近年来,江苏省常州市金坛区深化水文服务体制改革,着力推动水文行业和地方水利融合发展。金坛区水文部门以镇级行政区划为单元,依托基层水利站所,开展镇级水文服务工作,在水旱灾害防御、生态河湖管护等方面打通了基层水文服务的“最后一公里”,探索出基层水文服务体系建设的新路径。In recent years,Jintan district in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province,has deepened the reform of hydrological service system and made efforts to promote the integrated development of hydrological industry and local water conservancy.Jintan hydrological department takes the town level administrative division as the unit and relies on the grass-roots water conservancy stations to carry out the town level hydrological service work.In terms of flood and drought disaster prevention,ecological river and lake management,Jintan hydrological department has opened the“last kilometer”of grass roots hydrological service,and explored a new path for the construction of grass roots hydrological service system.
