数字乡村战略背景下公共档案馆文化场域建构的路径探析

摘　　要：数字乡村战略是促进我国农业转型、乡村经济发展的主要推动力,是激发乡村振兴内生动力的有力途径,是实现乡村信息化与现代化、解决“三农”问题的必要举措,也是建设数字中国的重要内容。文章着眼于数字乡村战略背景下公共档案馆文化场域建构及其特点,深层次剖析数字乡村战略背景下公共档案馆文化场域建构方面存在的数字鸿沟持续扩大、基础设施供需错位、文化空间管理失范、运营机制权责模糊等问题,并提出相应对策。Digital village strategy is the main driving force to promote the agricultural transformation and rural economic development in China.It is a powerful way to stimulate the endogenous power of rural revitalization.It is necessary that we take advantage of digital village strategy to realize rural informatization and modernization and to solve the problems of the three rural issues.It also figures an important part of building Digital China.This paper focuses on the construction and characteristics of the cultural field of public archives under the background of digital village strategy.After that,it deeply analyzes the problems in the construction of the cultural field of public archives under the background of digital village strategy,such as the continuous expansion of digital gap,the dislocation of infrastructural supply and demand,the anomie of cultural space management and the ambiguity of rights and responsibilities of operation mechanism.Besides,it raises corresponding solutions.
