摘　　要：车轮螺栓是汽车的关键紧固件之一,其质量直接关系到汽车的安全性。试验研究表明:通过合理的结构设计,正确的选用材料,对冷镦成形、热处理、螺纹加工、表面处理、组装和摩擦因数等方面进行有效管控,能确保车轮螺栓的制造质量和使用中的可靠性。Wheel bolt is one of the key fasteners of automobile,and their quality is related directly to the safety of automobile.It was showed,from the test and investigation,that manufacturing quality and stability in service of the wheel bolts might be ensured by reasonable design of configuration,proper selection of materials,and effective controls of cold-heading forming,heat treatment,thread machining,surface treatment,assembly,and friction factor.
