摘  要:圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮(CATT)将圆弧运用于齿轮齿线上,接触形式不同于传统齿轮,具有更强的承载能力和更高的平稳性,具有广阔的应用前景。分析CATT的加工原理,设计了CATT加工机床的各个运动部件及相应的运动链。基于多体动力学理论,综合考虑机床各个部件的误差,建立CATT加工机床运动链的误差分析模型。以一典型加工件为例对CATT加工机床进行误差分析,得出x轴运动部件的定位误差和直线度误差、B轴转动部件的跳动误差和轴向窜动误差对总的空间误差的影响最大,在机床设计时要重点控制,从而为CATT加工机床的设计提供了重要依据。In cylindrical gear with arcuate tooth traces,arc is used on the gear tooth traces and its contact form is different from the traditional gear,the gear with stronger carrying capacity and higher stability has a wide application prospect.The moving parts and corresponding kinematic chains of CATT machine tool are designed after the analysis for the machining principle of CATT.Based on the theory of multi-body dynamics,the error analysis model of kinematic chain of CATT machine tool is established after the errors of various parts of the machine tool are taken into account.Taking a typical machining part as an example,the error analysis of CATT machine tool is carried out.It is concluded that the positioning error and the straightness error of the moving parts of the X-axis,the run-out error of the rotating parts of the B-axis and the axial movement error have the greatest influence on the total space error,and more attention should be paid on them in the design for CATT the machine tool.This provides an important basis for the design of CATT machine tool.
