摘 要:对于高速旋转的机械来说,转子在达到工作转速范围前需要越过临界转速,为了保证转子能够平稳通过共振区,研究其共振幅值是有必要的。以600Wh飞轮储能系统为模型,建立了自转角加速度条件下的四自由度刚性转子瞬态运动微分方程,运用龙格库塔数值积分法分析了不同的角加速度和等效阻尼对两阶共振区幅值的影响规律,得出自转角加速度和阻尼会明显影响平动的共振幅值,且角加速度值存在着一个最佳值,而倾斜运动的共振幅值只会明显受到阻尼的影响。For high-speed rotating machines,the rotor needs to cross critical speed before reaching the working speed range.In order to ensure that the rotor can smoothly pass through these resonance areas,it is necessary to study its value of resonance.A 600 Wh flywheel energy storage system is used as a model to establish a four-degree-of-freedom rigid-rotor transient dynamic differential equation considering the angular acceleration conditions of self-rotation.The effect of different angular accelerations and equivalent damping on the amplitude of the two-step resonance region was analyzed by Runge-Kutta numerical integration method.It was concluded that the self-turning angular acceleration and damping would significantly affect the common-amplitude amplitude of the translational motion,and there is an optimal value for the angular acceleration value.However,the resonance value of the tilt motion will only be significantly affected by the damping.
