摘  要:为实现有效的故障诊断,提出一种基于HHT时域边际谱的轴承诊断方法,对使用中的轴承进行诊断。通过ANSYS完全瞬态分析方法得到转子系统同一截面上互相垂直的两组同源信号,并得到其HHT时域边际谱,将所得到的单通道信号和全矢谱技术融合后的全矢HHT时域边际谱信号相比较,并结合实验分析,结果表明全矢HHT时域边际谱能更好的应用于滑动轴承裂纹转子系统故障诊断分析中,这为滑动轴承裂纹转子系统的故障诊断提供了一种新的方法。全矢HHT时域边际谱显示,当滑动轴承转子系统发生裂纹故障时,系统存在多倍转频,并且此时伴随低倍频存在。This research uses sliding bearings as the object,a method of bearing diagnosis based on HHT time domain marginal spectrum is proposed to diagnose the bearing in use.Two sets of homologous signals perpendicular to each other on the same section of the rotor system were obtained by ANSYS complete transient analysis,Moreover,the HHT time domain marginal spectrum is obtained,and the single channel signal obtained is compared with the full vector HHT time domain marginal spectrum signal integrated with the full vector spectrum technology,The results show that the full vector HHT marginal spectrum can be better applied in time domain analysis of sliding bearing crack rotor system fault diagnosis,for the sliding bearing of cracked rotor system provides a new method of fault diagnosis,According to the full vector HHT time domain marginal spectrum,when the rotor system of sliding bearing cracks,the system has multiple times of revolution,and at this time,it is accompanied by low times of revolution.
