摘　　要：交流接触器动作值的测量对于其准确无误地吸合和释放很重要。根据接触器电磁系统的特点,通过ANSOFT建立其有限元模型,通过有限元的方法对交流接触器进行动作值的仿真和计算。每次试验时采用计算机编写程序随机产生合闸相角值,来作为每次电压的合闸相角值。二分法用于搜索吸合电压值和释放电压值,利用仿真软件模拟空气温度上限于热态时测量吸合电压,模拟常温下于冷态时测量释放电压,并通过公式转换获得空气温度下限于冷态时的释放电压值。仿真分析和计算表明,接触器的吸合电压值和释放电压值符合低压电器标准的要求。解决了在不满足标准测试条件下测量接触器吸合电压和释放电压的问题,实现了通过仿真的方法进行接触器的动作特性试验的目的。The measurement of the action values of AC contactor is very important for its accurate and unmistakable absorption and release.According to the characteristics of the electromagnetic system of the contactor,the finite element model is set up by ANSOFT,and the action value of the AC contactor is simulated and calculated by the finite element method.In each test,the computer program is used to generate the closing angle value randomly,which is used as the closing angle value of each voltage.The dichotomy is used to search for the value of the absorption voltage and the release voltage.The simulation software is used to simulate the absorption voltage when the air temperature is upper in the hot state.The release voltage is measured at the cold state at normal temperature,and the release voltage value of the air temperature under the cold state is obtained by the formula conversion.The simulation analysis and calculation show that the value of the pull in voltage and the release voltage of the contactor meet the requirements of the low voltage electrical appliance standard.The problem of measuring the absorbing voltage and releasing voltage of the contactor under the condition of not meeting the standard test is solved,and the action characteristic test of the contactor is carried out by the simulation method.
