摘 要:在数字化时代,高校在利用大数据和人工智能技术推动自身信息化建设,落实“教育强国战略”和“教育信息化2.0行动战略”的过程中,如何贯彻全员、全过程、全方位的“三全育人”方针,推进大数据在管理育人工作中的实际应用,既是当前高校学生管理工作中亟需探索的变革思路,也是高校数字化转型面临的关键挑战。本文以管理育人模式为切入点,剖析高校学生日常管理和教育工作中的核心痛点,借助数字化技术的赋能,阐述高校管理育人工作从“管”到“理”、从“单”到“全”应进行的五大变革,提升高校人才培养的针对性和有效性。In the digital age,big data and artificial intelligence technologies have been widely applied to promote the informatization construction of universities.These advanced technologies have been valued as key measures for implementing the“Strategy for Building up National Strategy with Education Development”.In this process,it is challenging for administrative institution in universities to implement the comprehensive education,ensure the effective application of big data in student management,and provide direct support for students and staff.This paper focus on the education and management mode under the digital age background,provide in-depth analysis on critical defects appeared in daily management of college students,explain the comprehensive revolution of daily student management in universities using the empowerment of digital technologies,and provide targeted and effective support for the cultivation of talents in universities.
