摘　　要：科研绩效考核是地方本科院校二级学院科研管理中的重要部分。首先,论文根据地方本科院校科研工作特点,结合教育部科技成果统计指标,建立了二级学院科研绩效考核体系;然后详细介绍了二级指标权值和一级指标权值计算方法,提出了基于自适应分层权值的地方本科院校科研绩效考核模型;最后以某地方本科院校为例,对该模型进行了实证。实证结果表明该模型能够实现对二级学院科研绩效考核,达到了预期目的和效果。Scientific research work is a important part in the local universities.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the scientific research work in the local universities,combining with the statistic index of scientific achievements at Ministry of Educa⁃tion,the performance evaluation system for scientific research work of the secondary colleges is constructed.And then,the perfor⁃mance evaluation model study on the scientific research work of the secondary colleges in local universities based on Adaptive Hier⁃archical Weight-Value(AHW)is pioneered,after first and second class indicators are introduced in details.Finally,the model mentioned above is empirically validated by taking some local university as an example.The result reveals that the model can be well used for the performance evaluation on the scientific research work of the secondary colleges,and achieves the desired purpose and effect.
