摘　　要：针对烟草企业对片烟精细化管理及原料质量追溯的需求,论文对RFID技术与仓储片烟物流信息融合进行了应用研究,提出了以片烟32位唯一识别码及改进ALOHA防碰撞算法为主线,基于B/S和C/S的混合架构的仓储片烟物流跟踪系统,实现了片烟仓储出入库与养护的数字化管理。出入库管理中,提出了使用库存扫码、手持设备PDA扫码、移动龙门相结合的扫码方式,保障了出入库的准确性,实现了片烟仓储醇化过程的全程跟踪与追溯,为片烟产销调度、卷烟产品研发提供信息支撑,为片烟物流精益管理提供技术手段。For the demand of the fine management and quality traceability of raw material,the application of RFID and ware⁃house tobacco logistics information fusion is studied for the tobacco enterprises in this paper.The logistics tracking system of ware⁃house tobacco is proposed based on the 32 bit unique identification code,improved anti-collision algorithm and the hybrid architec⁃ture of B/S and C/S,which realizes the digital management of the storage and maintenance of the flue tobacco.The inventory sweep code,handheld PDA sweep code and mobile gantry are combined to ensure the accuracy of the warehouse storage,and it also realiz⁃es the tracking and tracing of the whole process of the tobacco alcohol process.It provides information support for the tobacco produc⁃tion and marketing scheduling,cigarette product development,and the technical means for lean management of tobacco logistics.
