摘 要:针对铁路电务部门现场任务管理中广泛采用人工分配日常任务导致分配不合理这一现状,从电务现场工作实际出发,明确日常任务分配需要考虑的主要因素,构建了适用于铁路电务的任务分配模型。通过多维度评价并引入粗集理论对候选人-任务进行量化匹配,充分考虑任务和候选人的各种属性状态,使得任务分配过程更加科学合理,若通过编程实现,可为现场派工人员提供一种自动高效的辅助决策工具。The widespread use of manual assignment of daily tasks in the on-site task management of the railway Signaling and Communication department leads to unreasonable assignments.In view of this situation,starting from the actual work of the electric service,the main factors that need to be considered in the daily task distribution are clarified,and a task distribution model suitable for railway signaling and communication is constructed.Through multi-dimensional evaluation and the introduction of rough set theory,the candidate-task quantitative matching is performed,and the task and the various attribute states of the candidate are fully considered,making the task allocation process more scientific and reasonable.If realized by programming,it can provide an automatic and efficient auxiliary decision-making tool for field dispatchers.
