摘  要:研究某新型悬挂式车辆转向架,对其悬吊梁部件进行静强度和疲劳强度分析。根据EN13749、UIC615等相关标准,分析悬吊梁的载荷传递和各运营工况状态,建立模拟超常工况和运营工况的载荷组合。使用CATIA软件进行三维建模,提取三维模型文件导入HyperMesh软件中进行有限元模型的创建。选择ANSYS软件计算悬吊梁在各工况下的静强度,最后使用Goodman疲劳极限图对悬吊梁结构进行疲劳强度分析。计算结果表明:悬吊梁应力最大位置为抗侧滚止挡处,且整体结构在各工况下满足静强度和疲劳强度要求。Study a new type of suspension vehicle bogie,and analyze the static strength and fatigue strength of its suspension beam components.According to relevant standards in EN13749,UIC615 and others;analyzed the load transfer and the state of various operating conditions of the suspension beam,and established a load combination to simulate the abnormal operating conditions and operating conditions.Used software CATIA for 3D modeling,extracted 3D model files and imported them into software HyperMesh to create finite element models.Used software ANSYS to calculate the static strength of the suspension beam under various working conditions.Finally,the Goodman fatigue limit diagram was used to analyze the fatigue strength of the suspension beam structure.The calculation results show that the maximum stress position of the suspended beam is the anti-yaw stop,and the overall structure meets requirements for static strength and fatigue strength under various working conditions.
