摘  要:对LC9铝合金进行了固溶-过时效热处理,采用金相显微镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜等技术手段对其显微组织进行了观察,通过电导率测试和静载拉伸试验对其性能进行了表征。结果表明:LC9铝合金(T6态)在经过固溶+双级过时效处理后,电导率由18.56 MS/m提高到了23.37 MS/m,有效改善了其抗应力腐蚀性能,同时LC9铝合金在过时效状态虽然牺牲了一部分强度,但塑韧性有了显著提升,使材料的力学性能达到了良好配合。The LC9 aluminum alloy was subjected to a solution-overaging heat treatment,and its microstructure was observed by means of metallographic microscope,transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope,its properties were characterized by conductivity test and static load tensile test.The results show that the electrical conductivity of LC9 aluminum alloy(T6 state)is increased from 18.56 MS/m to 23.37 MS/m after solid solution and double aging heat treatment,and the stress corrosion resistance of LC9 aluminum alloy is improved effectively.At the same time,the strength of LC9 aluminum alloy was sacrificed,but the ductility and toughness of LC9 aluminum alloy were improved significantly.The mechanical properties of the material have reached a good match.
