摘 要:主要对煤矿副斜井提升机转子串电阻电控系统的改造方案进行了论述。对副斜井提升机现场出现的问题进行了详细分析,提出了相应的改造方案,并对相关设备如电动机的选择、变频器的选择以及环境要求、安装注意事项进行了论述;结合煤矿副斜井提升机的实际情况和有关技术规范,对变频器需实现的控制功能和保护功能进一步进行了描述,同时简明扼要地指出了现场改造安装步骤。The reformation scheme of the electric control system of series resistance of the rotor of the auxiliary inclined shaft hoist in coal mine is mainly discussed.A detailed analysis of the on-site problems of the auxiliary inclined shaft hoist,the corresponding transformation plan is proposed,and the related equipment such as the selection of the motor,the selection of the frequency converter,the environmental requirements and the installation precautions are demonstrated and described.Combining the actual situation of the auxiliary inclined shaft hoist in the coal mine and related technical specifications,the control and protection functions to be realized by the frequency converter are further described,and at the same time,the on-site reconstruction and installation steps are concisely pointed out.
