摘　　要：[目的]了解新疆乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力的发展状况,旨在为提升新疆乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力提供参考。[方法]通过年鉴获取有关历史基础数据,用Excel建立数据库并对数据进行整理,用SPSS 21.0时间序列预测模型对数据进行预测。根据历史及预测数据对新疆和全国乡镇卫生院平均水平进行对比分析。[结果]经预测,到2025年,每万人口拥有的机构数新疆将达到0.80个,全国平均将达到0.68个;每机构床位数新疆将达到48.9张,全国平均将达到48张;新疆注册医师占比将持续下降,注册护士占比有增加的趋势,但医护比仍然达不到1∶1.25的目标值;医疗服务方面,新疆病床使用率、病床周转次数在稳步提升,并且病床使用率至2025年有望达到80%(B级评价标准)。[结论]新疆每万人口拥有的机构数高于全国平均水平;但床位配置方面,新疆与全国平均水平相比还存在一定的差距,但有望到2025年超过全国平均水平;新疆乡镇卫生院注册医师占比低于全国平均水平,且医护比有下降趋势;新疆医疗服务量在稳步提升,乡镇卫生院病床使用率及病床周转次数均高于全国平均水平,但有下降趋势。Objective To know the development status of medical service capability of township hospitals in Xinjiang so as to provide reference for the improvement of medical service capability of township hospitals in Xinjiang.Methods The basic historical data were obtained through the yearbook,built database by Excel and preprocessed the data.SPSS 21.0 time series prediction model was used to predict the data.Based on historical and predictive data,the average level of township health centers in Xinjiang and China was compared and analyzed.Results Through the prediction,to 2025,the number of medical service institution will reach 0.80 per 10000 population,and the nation will reach 0.68 per 10000 population.The number of bed in each medical service institution will reach 48.9,the nation will reach 48.The proportion of registered physicians will continue to decline,the proportion of registered nurses will increase,but the ratio of doctor and nurse is still below the target of 1∶1.25.In terms of medical services,the utilization rate of beds and the number of beds turnover are steadily increasing,and the utilization rate of beds is expected to reach 80%(B evaluation)by 2025.Conclusions The number of medical service institution is higher than the nation level.There is a certain gap in bed allocation between Xinjiang and the whole country,but it is expected that will over the national level by 2025.The proportion of registered doctors in township hospitals in Xinjiang is lower than that in the whole country,and the ratio of doctors and nurses has a downward trend.The volume of medical services is steadily increasing,the utilization rate of beds and the number of beds turnover in township hospitals in Xinjiang are higher than those in the whole country,but there is a downward trend.
