摘  要:硫酸铝主要用在造纸厂及水质净化及钒化工厂钒液的净化,应用过程中一般需要溶解成不同浓度的溶液使用。造纸厂采用冷法溶解法或悬浮溶解法溶解硫酸铝,还有改进的硫酸铝溶解池,但都存在溶解量低或必须室温溶解等弊端。某钒厂自主设计的硫酸铝溶解系统及装置可以实现低能耗、高效率溶解多种浓度溶解硫酸铝,同时腐蚀性最低。Aluminum sulfate is mainly used in the purification of paper mill and water quality,and the purification of vanadium solution in vanadium chemical plant.Aluminum sulfate is dissolved by cold method or suspension method,there are improved aluminum sulfate solution pools in the paper mill,but all of them have the disadvantages of low dissolution or must be dissolved in room temperature.The self-designed aluminum sulfate dissolving system and device in a vanadium plant can dissolve aluminum sulfate in various concentrations with low energy consumption and high efficiency,and the corrosion is the low.
