摘　　要：风景名胜区是中国特有的一种保护地类型,与中华民族传统文化特质一脉相承。与单纯的自然保护地相比,她具有深厚的文化内涵;与文化类保护地相比,她具有优越的自然景观环境本底,在国家保护地体系中独具特色。风景名胜区定位。风景名胜资源属国家公共资源,风景名胜区事业是国家公益事业。中国风景名胜区是由国务院设立和命名的自然与文化交织、保护与利用兼得的国家保护地,具备文化与自然综合保护管理职能。Scenic and historic area is a type of protected area unique in China,and is in the same line with the traditional cultural characteristics of the Chinese nation.Compared with pure natural protected area,it has profound cultural connotations;compared with cultural protected areas,it has a superior natural landscape environment background and is unique in the national protected area system.
