观察心理治疗在精神疾病康复期治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的研究观察心理治疗在精神疾病康复期治疗中的作用。方法选取68例于2018年4月~2019年5月在本院进行康复期治疗的精神疾病患者,按照治疗顺序将以上患者平分为常规组(前34例,治疗中行常规治疗)及研究组(后34例,在常规组的基础上加大心理治疗力度)。对比两组患者治疗后服药依从性情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者服药依从性情况以及不良反应发生情况均优于常规组,以上数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在精神疾病康复期治疗中加强心理治疗的力度能够有效提高患者对医师的依从性,减少患者不良反应的发生率,进而改善康复期治疗的效率。Objective To study the role of psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of mental illness.Methods 68 patients with mental illness who were treated in our hospital during the rehabilitation period from April 2018 to may 2019 were divided into two groups according to the treatment sequence:the first 34 patients were treated with conventional therapy and the second 34 patients were treated with psychological therapy.The compliance and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results the compliance and adverse reactions of the patients in the study group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of mental illness can effectively improve the compliance of patients with doctors,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the efficiency of rehabilitation treatment.
