摘 要:文章对采用弱粘煤和铁矿粉制备所得的铁焦强度较低的问题展开研究,探究了不同类型粘结剂对铁焦宏观形貌、微观结构、冷态强度和气化反应性的影响规律,旨在为铁焦性能优化提供合适的粘结剂。研究结果表明,煤基粘结剂LQ能够强化铁焦炭化过程中的粘结效果,改善铁焦微观结构,使铁焦的冷态抗碎强度由28.04%提升至86.34%,且对铁焦气化反应性影响不大。因此,煤基粘结剂LQ可作为提升铁焦性能的优质粘结剂。This study focused on the low strength of ferro-coke prepared by the slight coking coal and the iron ore.The effect of different binders on the macroscopical morphology,microstructure,cold strength and gasification reactivity of ferro-coke were investigated in order to find the best suitable binder for the properties improvement of ferro-coke.The research results showed that the LQ binder could reinforce the bonding effective,improve the microstructure of ferro-coke.The cold strength of ferro-coke was increased from 28.04%to 86.34%by LQ binder which had little influence on the gasification reactivity of ferro-coke.Therefore,the coal based binder LQ would be a suitable binder to improve the properties of ferro-coke.
