摘　　要：结合生焦连续生产,且物料呈粉粒状的特点,说明对流式干燥系统适合生焦生产工艺,并对比了可连续工业化应用的多种对流式干燥系统。创新地研发了新型竖式干燥装置,并将该竖式干燥装置应用于生焦干燥系统。生产实践表明,该工艺不仅取得了55%的节能率,而且改善了工作环境。Combined with the continuous production of raw coke,and?the characteristics of the powdered materials,the convective drying system is suitable for coke production process.A variety of convective drying systems used in continuous industrial application are compared.A new type of vertical drying device was developed and applied to coke drying system.The production practice shows that the process not only achieves 55%energy saving,but also improves the working environment.
