摘　　要：充血性心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末期,表现为心功能不全的综合征。单纯西医治疗存在很多不足之处,临床中西医疗效较佳。王仲青名老中医认为本病属本虚标实,心肾阳虚为本,瘀血、水饮、痰浊为标,根据其多年的临床经验,应用参芎舒心通胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭,临床效果较佳,因此从中西医角度探讨参芎舒心通胶囊的作用。Congestive heart failure(CHF)is the terminal stage of various heart diseases and is manifested as cardiac insufficiency syndrome.Pure western medicine treatment has many shortcomings,clinical traditional Chinese and western medicine curative effect is better.Wang Zhongqing,an old Chinese medicine doctor,believed that the disease belongs to deficiency and marked by excess,the deficiency of heart and kidney Yang as the foundation,blood stasis,water and phlegm as the standard.According to his years of clinical experience,the application of Shenxiong Shuxintong Capsule in the treatment of congestive heart failure has a better clinical effect.Therefore,the role of Shenxiong Shuxintong Capsule was discussed from the perspective of Traditional Chinese and western medicine.
