摘　　要：伴随着网络技术和软件技术的迅猛发展,现代高校的管理手段正逐步由传统管理迈向信息化,在现代人事管理体系中,人事工资管理在工作中占据着十分重要的地位,因此工资管理的效率在高校人事管理中引发了高度重视。互联网时代,建立智能工资管理系统是可以提高人事工资管理工作时效性、可行性的最好选择。文章针对建立智能工资管理系统所需要考虑的工资计算模型、工资管理流程、系统设计和功能设计进行介绍说明。With the rapid development of network technology and software technology,the management methods of modern universities are gradually moving from traditional management to informatization.In the modern personnel management system,personnel and wage management occupies a very important position in the work,so,the efficiency of salary management has attracted great attention in the personnel management of universities.In the internet age,establishing an intelligent salary management system is the best choice that can improve the timeliness and feasibility of personnel and salary management.This paper introduces the salary calculation model,salary management process,system design and function design that need to be considered for the establishment of an intelligent salary management system.
